If you’re not satisfied with the coffee you’ve purchased directly from studioblackcoffee.co.uk, we’ll try to offer a replacement, refund, or help you find a better fit.
As a small business, we’ve designed this guarantee to be fair and transparent. We ask that it’s used in good faith so we can continue offering this level of service to all customers.
How it works
To submit a request under our guarantee, please email us at support@studioblackcoffee.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include the following:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of why you’re not satisfied
- A photo of the product or packaging
We’ll get back to you promptly to arrange a resolution.

- This guarantee only applies to coffee purchased directly from our website (studioblackcoffee.co.uk)
- You must be the original purchaser
- This guarantee does not apply to wholesale or business orders
- We will request proof of purchase and reserve the right to deny claims where we suspect abuse or repeated misuse
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time
