Burundi & Honduras

From the iron-rich, volcanic slopes of Mutambu Hill above Lake Tanganyika to the cloud-brushed valleys of Comayagua, this seasonal pairing brings altitude, cool nights and long, careful drying into one cup. Mutambu sits in Burundi’s Bujumbura Rurale, where smallholders deliver Red Bourbon grown around 1,800m; Comayagua’s central highlands in Honduras provide steady elevation near 1,600m and a climate geared to clean, washed lots. Together, the landscapes shape a festive profile with winter spice, chocolate, and cranberry.

Migoti & Rosa Dimas

In Burundi, Migoti Coffee Company gathers ripe Red Bourbon cherries from neighbouring smallholders and lifts them with careful, community-minded processing on the hill. In Honduras, Rosa Dimas at Finca El Roble tends a modest estate with big ambition, cultivating varieties from Pacamara to Gesha and turning out a precise washed microlot. Two ways of working: one rooted in a shared station, one on a single farm, meeting here in a blend made for the season.
