Open to UK residents aged 18 or over attending Manchester Coffee Festival 2025 between Friday 14th November 2025 and Sunday 16th November 2025.
To enter, players must scan the on-stand QR code and submit a valid email address. Only entries made through the official form qualify.
One entry per person per email address. We may disqualify duplicate entries, fraudulent emails, 'ghost' entries or any other entry submission we deem suspicious.
By entering, you will be added to our email list so we can follow up post-event and inform you if you have won. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Any prizes offered as part of the MCF25 games and raffle are not guaranteed and are awarded at random.
Spin-the-wheel prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative item if unavailable.
The "Win a Year's Coffee" raffle prize consists of one year’s supply of coffee (12 × 250g bags of Scene One).
The raffle winner will be chosen at random from all valid email entries submitted during the event dates.
The raffle winner will be contacted by email within 10 business days of the event ending. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant may be selected.
The raffle prize will be drawn post-event and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked delivery to the winner. Our standard shipping terms and conditions apply for delivery of this or any other prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative items (except where substitutions are stated above).
We reserve the right to reject entries or revoke prizes we reasonably believe to involve fraudulent activity, automated submissions, multiple accounts, false in-person attendance to the festival or other misuse.
