This is coffee from the Studio Black roasting room that didn’t quite follow the script.
Usually, that means the roast landed slightly outside the profile we were aiming for – maybe a little darker, lighter, flatter, brighter or more developed than planned. It’s still good coffee, just not quite right for our main line-up.
Rather than letting it sit on the shelf, we’re giving it a second life at a reduced price.
