Various smallholder farms

The coffee in Viewfinder comes from a collective of smallholder farms in the Chiapas region, where generations of farmers have cultivated Typica and Bourbon varietals with care and tradition. Each farmer contributes to the region’s unique coffee culture, producing beans that reflect the rich biodiversity and volcanic soils of the Sierra Madre mountains.
Once harvested, these beans undergo the Mountain Water Process, a natural decaffeination method pioneered in Mexico. This chemical-free process uses pure mountain water from Pico de Orizaba to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s inherent flavours. The result is a decaf that honours the farmers’ dedication to quality, bringing you a smooth, full-bodied cup with all the depth of a traditional coffee.
