Do you filter your honey?

• Only to remove any wax-bergs. After all, we think choking on wax at breakfast with the in-laws isn't a good look.

Do you heat your honey?

• Our honey is never pastuerized (i.e., heated) to make it last longer. If our honey crystallises, give the jar a nice warm bath to reliquify it. 

Do remove pollen from your honey? 

• Nope. We only remove any chunks of wax that pose a potential hazard. That means our honey keeps all of its not-so-secret ingredients, including any pollen and propolis.
