South America and East Africa represent two of the most distinctive coffee-growing regions in the world. From the fertile volcanic soils of Colombia and Peru to the elevated highlands of Kenya and Rwanda, these landscapes produce coffees known for clarity, structure, and bright fruit character.

By blending washed coffees from across these regions, The Edit captures a balance between sweetness and vibrancy – where caramel depth meets citrus lift and juicy fruit notes. Each new harvest brings subtle shifts in the blend, keeping the coffee fresh, dynamic, and true to its name.

The Edit is shaped by careful sourcing rather than fixed components. Each season we work with our trusted import partners to pick washed lots that deliver clarity, sweetness, and balance – coffees that stand confidently on their own but become even more expressive when blended together.

These lots come from a mix of smallholder producers, family-run farms, and respected washing stations across multiple origins. By selecting coffees at peak harvest and adjusting the blend through the year, we’re able to maintain a consistent flavour profile while celebrating the character of each new crop.
